Integration with Mews PMS

Giano, GFP Lab’s hotel supervision software, is officially integrated with Mews PMS, the well-known management software for entirely cloud-based hotel facilities.

The integration allows you to save precious time during check-in, check-out and room cleaning operations, by activating the following mechanisms:

• at the guest’s check-in on Mews PMS: the crucial information for issuing the RFID key (room number, common entrances allowed and card expiry) is automatically transmitted to Giano, so as to prepare it for immediate writing of the RFID key ( the receptionist will be able to issue the card by placing it on the RFID writer without even leaving Mews PMS);
• upon guest check-out on Mews PMS: issued cards are automatically revoked (thus ceasing to function, unless the late key check-out feature on Giano is activated).

The interfacing between Giano and Mews PMS is the ideal solution to optimize operations, improve the guest experience and raise the level of security in the hotel.
